The Orchid House Cocktail Making Masterclass

Watching a great cocktail being made is one thing.

Making it yourself is considerably more fun.

On the third Thursday of every month, step behind the metaphorical bar and join our mixologists for an evening of shaking, stirring, tasting, laughing and discovering exactly what goes into a beautifully balanced cocktail.

£35 per person

During the Masterclass you'll learn to make — and, importantly, drink — three different cocktails.

And they're not the same three every month.

Each Masterclass introduces three different cocktails, techniques and flavours, giving you a reason to return and add a few more tricks to your repertoire.

This isn't a lecture.

There will be games, challenges, a little friendly competition and plenty of opportunities for things not to go entirely according to plan.

That's half the fun.

You'll learn about spirits, balance, flavour, shaking, stirring, presentation and the little touches that turn a mixture of ingredients into a proper cocktail.

And then you'll drink your homework.
