The Chefs
Ashee & Alex are a mother and daughter team of chefs. With a vast array of experience in luxury hosting and hospitality, they revel in all things tasty and tasteful. Their passion for good food and warm and welcoming hospitality is very obvious from the moment you step into their domain. When they are not creating something amazing in the kitchen, they are tending to their organic produce in the garden, or out foraging for something wonderful as gifted by nature.

These Chefs certainly know how to create delicious home-cooked food, all freshly prepared with some wonderful touches of mystery to tantalise the tastebuds. Their cooking styles vary and yet compliment each other by beautifully forging their love for delightful tastes, flavours and fresh ingredients in everything they produce.
Having made jams and preserves, fermentations and chutneys, Kimchi and Sauerkrauts for decades before the trend began, they have a wealth of experience in this area that they also bring to their tables.

With that in mind, almost everything is made from scratch, at home, with an inventive touch and a curious mind, using as far as possible, ingredients produced on site or locally sourced from small independent businesses for a truly unique experience.
