At Orchid House, we do things a little differently — and entirely by design.
Our ethos is centred on creating thoughtful, beautifully curated experiences
rather than operating as a conventional all-day restaurant.
Every opening, every service, and every menu is intentional.
EVENTS: MONDAYS & TUESDAYS are exclusively reserved for private celebrations. We open our doors for parties, events, and groups of eight guests or more, allowing us to give your occasion our full attention in an intimate and elegant setting.

OYSTER MADNESS: on WEDNESDAYS we celebrate one of life’s simplest pleasures with our Oyster Madness. Join us for oysters at £3.50 each, served in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere — perfect for midweek indulgence.
AFTERNOON TEA & CHARCUTERIE: from THURSDAY through SATURDAY,
Orchid House becomes the home of refined Afternoon Tea & Charcuterie
Platters served in two sittings at 12:00 and 14:00.
On Mother’s Day, timings differ and we add a third sitting to ensure everyone can celebrate in style.
LUNCH: We no longer offer traditional lunch service. Instead, we offer Charcuterie platters to be enjoyed with our carefully curated wine list or signature cocktails.
DINNER: is served THURSDAYS, FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS from
18:30 to 21:00, with last orders at 21:00
Evenings are reserved for a more considered dining experience. Our à la carte menu is available by pre-orders and evolves with the seasons, reflecting the best ingredients available at any given time.
ROAST: on SUNDAYS, we return to a timeless classic with our much-loved Sunday Roasts, served in true Orchid House style — comforting, elegant, and unhurried.

Orchid House hosts ticketed events throughout the year;
from book launches, art exhibitions, an evening with an
artist series, murder mystery, garden party, venetian
masked ball, photography exhibitions, medieval banquet,
wine tasting and so much more.

Our Chalet seats 8-10 people.
Perfect for a private party or a business meeting; secluded and neatly nestled in the garden.

The garden is only available between the hours of 11am and 9pm. Equipped with a beautiful heated area.
